Using Art to Unshackle Shame
Podcast + Creativity Exercise
What happens when you say the thing out loud you think no one should hear?
What happens when you give words to what you think “shouldn’t” be voiced?
What if the anti-shoulds are the road map to set the soul free?

Where is there contraction in my body?
What silenced words sit unsaid beneath there?
How incredible would it feel to finally let them out?
(And still be loved and accepted all the same)
How can art be a vehicle to unshackle shame AND make it a playful dance that doesn’t need to be so damn serious?
